This website does not use cookies, analytics or tracking scripts. It is hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS), which processes standard technical information such as IP addresses in order to deliver pages.

The Crossword Wrangler app

User-created content

Crossword Wrangler allows you to create and edit crossword puzzles, including entering an optional author name or pseudonym and other content of your choosing.

Your crossword content may contain information that identifies you or another person. You are responsible for deciding what information to include.

Crossword Wrangler stores and processes your crossword content locally on your device. The application does not transmit your crossword content to the developer, and the developer has no access to your locally stored puzzles.

Saving and exporting files

You may save or export your crossword content to locations of your choosing. These locations may include folders synchronised with cloud storage services.

Once you save or export a file, its subsequent storage, synchronisation and processing are subject to the arrangements and privacy policies of the relevant storage provider. Crossword Wrangler does not itself upload your exported crossword content to a cloud storage service.

Personal information

Crossword Wrangler does not require you to provide your real name or other personal information to create and edit crosswords. Any author name or other information included in your crossword content is supplied at your discretion.

The developer does not collect or receive the content of your crosswords through Crossword Wrangler. Crossword Wrangler does not transmit any analytical, tracking or diagnostic information to the developer.

Distribution and in-app purchases

Crossword Wrangler is distributed via the Microsoft Store. Microsoft's handling of personal information in connection with Store distribution and purchases is subject to the Microsoft Privacy Statement.

In-app purchases are processed through the Microsoft Store. The developer does not collect or have access to customers' payment card details or other payment credentials through the application. Microsoft handles payment processing in accordance with its own terms and privacy policy.
